Speaking about ISAAP's award, Amjed Rasul said:

It has been my passion and obsession for delivering enhanced accommodation standards and outstanding guest experiences, for more than 30 years and at Rosedene Highland House I was able to bring all my skills together, consulting with industry experts to help fine tune my vision. The project started with the aim of achieving the ISAAP building accreditation award, and we set out not to follow trends of the day, instead going above and beyond to set our model apart as an exemplar of what can be achieved.

Everything that we have done has been thoughtfully planned as part of a long-term vision for the site and to have a positive social impact. Our use of the building has added great value to the area by putting the iconic heritage building back into use in this way."
